We are seeking a dedicated couple to join our team as residential youth caregivers. As part of our school community, you and your spouse will live on campus and provide a supportive environment for students. You will be responsible for managing daily activities, administering medication, and providing emotional support.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling various responsibilities such as driving, budgeting, and reporting.
How to Qualify
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be a married couple who has been legally married for at least two years
- Meet the age requirement of 27 or older
