We are seeking experienced married couples to become Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a Flex Houseparent, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with students, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Manage household responsibilities, including meal planning and cooking, cleaning, and maintenance
- Engage in various responsibilities, including transportation, medication administration, and emotional support
Requirements
To be successful as a Flex Houseparent, you must have:
- Experience working with youth, preferably in a residential or educational setting
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- A valid driver's license and ability to drive student home vans
