Job Responsibilities
As a Houseparent, you will provide daily care for 8-12 students, including meal preparation, budgeting, and transportation. You will be responsible for leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You will also handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
You will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of students. Initially, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
