Milton Hershey School is a world-class educational institution that provides an exceptional career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking a unique team of Education Professionals who will reside on-campus and provide a nurturing family-like environment for our students.
As a key member of our team, you and your spouse will be responsible for guiding and supporting a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will handle various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. Our ideal candidate couple has experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package including a salary of $43,825 per person (a total of approximately $150,000 per couple) which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Additionally, you will receive relocation assistance and paid training provided.
Our schedule is designed to ensure a healthy work-life balance. You will have nine days on followed by three days off. Workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school, allowing you to recharge and spend quality time with your family.
