Milton Hershey School is seeking education professionals to provide a supportive family environment for students. As a houseparent, you will work alongside your spouse to create a nurturing atmosphere, encouraging academic and personal growth in our students.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. A flexible schedule allows for nine days on followed by three days off, with three-week paid summer vacation.
