Milton Hershey School, a world-renowned private school, is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. These individuals will reside in on-campus student homes, providing a consistent family-like structure for students and handling daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Driving and transporting students
- Administering medication and managing household tasks
- Providing guidance and support to students
Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. They should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
The ideal candidates will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they should not have more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
