Education Support Partners Needed
Milton Hershey School is seeking a dedicated married couple to join our team as Education Support Partners. As live-in role models, you will provide a family-like atmosphere for students in need and play a vital role in their educational journey.
As Education Support Partners, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle various responsibilities, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.

About the Role
As Education Support Partners, you will be responsible for:
- Guiding and nurturing students in a family-like environment
- Managing household responsibilities, such as driving and budgeting
- Reporting student progress and addressing any concerns
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday chapel services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be a legally married couple for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- Limitations on pets; only fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
