Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of our education support team as House Parents. As a House Parent, you will provide care, guidance, and support to 8-12 students in a family-like environment.
We require a valid driver's license and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans. Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, is highly desirable.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
As a House Parent, you will have a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. You will also enjoy three-week paid summer vacation.
