As a married couple residence advisor at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for managing household duties, driving, and administering medication while guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students. Our residential youth mentors work closely with students to help them develop important life skills, such as budgeting, reporting, and time management. You and your spouse will also have the opportunity to participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. We are committed to providing a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and only fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted.
