Job Summary
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a consistent family-like structure for our students. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in on-campus student homes and guide approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

This is a unique career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment for our students, leading daily devotions, and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
