Support Student Development and Growth
As a Houseparent couple at Milton Hershey School, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and growth of students from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will live in on-campus homes with your spouse and care for approximately 8-12 students, creating a stable and nurturing environment that fosters academic success and personal growth. This unique career opportunity requires both spouses to be actively involved in student development and daily operations, including supervising and nurturing students, handling daily responsibilities, and participating in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Compensation and Benefits
Our Houseparent couples enjoy a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
