What are the responsibilities and job description for the Educational Partners for Disadvantaged Students position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team as House Parents. As a House Parent, you will be responsible for providing a family-like structure for our students, including guiding and nurturing 8-12 students, driving, administering medications, and managing household responsibilities.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years, and both spouses must be age 27 or older.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including salary, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Our schedule allows for nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
