Job Description
As a Youth Development Specialist, you will serve as a flex houseparent in an on-campus student home. You will work closely with your spouse to create a nurturing environment for students, fostering a family-like atmosphere that promotes growth and development. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance and support to students, creating a safe and welcoming space for students to thrive, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the well-being of students.
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Must be married for at least two years and have a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and complete individual employment application
