We are seeking married couples to become part of our educational support team as houseparents. As a houseparent couple, you will provide a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, helping them thrive academically and personally. Your responsibilities will include daily supervision, transportation, budgeting, and reporting. You will also lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Requirements
We are looking for couples with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old and comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services. You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. Additionally, both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
