Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents, providing a family-like structure for students in need. As a Flex Houseparent, you will live on-campus with your spouse to guide and nurture a group of 8-12 students.
This role requires managing various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting while ensuring a safe and supportive environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Responsibilities:- Livestock students in on-campus student homes
- Manage household responsibilities, including driving and budgeting
- Provide mentorship and support to students in their personal and academic development
- Couple relationship required
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
