About the Role:
The Youth Development Specialist at Milton Hershey School serves as a critical member of our team, providing a family-like structure and engaging in guidance, daily activities, and educational support for students. As a Houseparent Couple, you will live on campus, providing a consistent and loving environment for students, and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
