Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Family Advocates. As a Family Advocate, you will provide a nurturing and supportive environment for students in on-campus homes. You will work closely with your spouse to oversee student responsibilities, including transportation, budgeting, and care.
The successful candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They will also meet specific criteria to ensure a supportive atmosphere for students. We are looking for couples who are comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity. We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
