Job Description
Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. As part of our family-like environment, you will provide guidance and nurture to a group of 8-12 students.
Responsibilities
- Drive students to various activities and appointments
- Administer medications and ensure the overall well-being of students
- Budget and manage student home finances
Qualifications
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Married couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
