Couples with a passion for supporting youth development are invited to apply for the role of flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School.
As part of our team, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other daily needs.
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
The role comes with a competitive salary package, including benefits such as comprehensive insurance, relocation assistance, paid training, and a three-week summer vacation.
