What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family-Based Youth Support position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is committed to providing exceptional education and care to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, residing on-campus and guiding a group of 8-12 students.
As flex houseparents, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

You will enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including personal time while students are at school. A three-week paid summer vacation is also included.
We require experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older.
