Role Overview
We are seeking a married couple to join our team as House Parents. As a House Parent, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing environment for groups of 8-12 students in a family-like setting.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive students to school and extracurricular activities
- Administer medication and handle medical emergencies
- Manage household budgets and maintain cleanliness of living spaces
- Report incidents and concerns to supervisors
Requirements
To be considered for this position, the following qualifications must be met:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
