As a House Parent, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing family-like environment for underserved youth, guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students in an on-campus housing setting.

As a House Parent, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing family-like environment for underserved youth, guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students in an on-campus housing setting.
Responsibilities:
- Transportation: Safely transport students to various locations, including school, activities, and appointments.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications to students as prescribed by their healthcare providers.
- Budgeting: Manage the household budget, ensuring that expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
- Couple must have been legally married for at least two years.
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older.
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
- $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
