We are seeking married couples to become part of our team as Family Care Providers at Milton Hershey School.
Job Summary:
This is a unique opportunity for couples to provide a loving, supportive home for 8-12 disadvantaged students while residing on-campus.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and care for students in a residential setting
- Manage daily student routines, including medication administration and driving
- Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday chapel services
Requirements:
- Experience working with youth from under-served settings
- Married couple with at least 2 years of marriage
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive student vans
- High school diploma or GED required
