Milton Hershey School is seeking a unique couple to join our team as Family Care Providers. This role involves providing a nurturing environment for students in a residential setting. As a married couple, you will reside on-campus and work together to create a family-like structure for the students. Your responsibilities will include daily care, driving, administering medication, and maintaining a safe and healthy living environment.
The ideal candidate couple will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 per couple, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. Our schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with three-week paid summer vacation.
