Role Overview
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Family Care Providers. In this unique role, you will provide a nurturing home environment for students in pre-K through 12th grade.
This is a two-person job that requires both spouses to be committed to the well-being of their assigned group of students. As a Family Care Provider, you will be responsible for guiding your students, managing daily responsibilities, and ensuring their overall well-being.

Requirements
- Both spouses must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
- This role is suitable for married couples who have been legally married for at least two years.
- Both spouses should be at least 27 years old.
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
- Candidates must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy and adhere to a strict no-alcohol-on-duty rule.
- Pets are allowed, but only fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted.
- Valid driver's licenses are required, and candidates must be able to become certified to drive student home vans.
- Couples must be comfortable leading daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
- High school diplomas or GEDs are required.
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
- Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
