**Responsibilities**
As a Youth Development Specialist, your responsibilities will include administering care, driving, managing household tasks, and ensuring a safe and nurturing space for students. You will be part of a team that provides a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as budgeting, reporting, and more. When initially hired, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
