Our Houseparents, or Family Care Providers, play a vital role in creating a nurturing family-like environment for our students. They work together as a team to manage student homes, providing guidance, support, and life skills development for 8-12 students at a time.
The position offers a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.

We are looking for couples who have been legally married for at least two years and have experience working or volunteering with youth. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a valid driver's license. They must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
As a Houseparent Couple, you will work a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Your workdays will include a period of personal time while students are at school, and you will have three weeks paid summer vacation.
