Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to serve as family-like caregivers for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a Houseparent, you will provide a nurturing environment, guiding and supporting a group of 8-12 students in daily responsibilities and fostering personal growth.

The successful candidate couple will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited). Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
