We're hiring married couples as flex houseparents to guide and nurture small groups of students in on-campus student homes. As part of our team, you'll provide a consistent family-like structure and handle daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Salary and Benefits
- $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

Job Description
As a flex houseparent, you'll work closely with your spouse to provide a supportive environment for students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Assisting with homework, meals, and daily activities
- Providing guidance and support to students in need
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a flex houseparent, you and your spouse should have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A minimum of two years of marriage and both spouses aged 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
