Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to fill the role of Family Care Providers. In this position, you will provide a nurturing and supportive environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
As a Family Care Provider, you will work alongside your spouse to guide approximately 8-12 students, offering a consistent family-like structure and support. Your responsibilities will include transportation, medication administration, and budgeting, as well as providing guidance and mentorship to your students.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings. This is a two-person job that requires couples who have been legally married for at least two years and are both age 27 or older. Both spouses must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license. They must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
