Milton Hershey School is seeking dedicated Family Care Providers to join our team. As a Family Care Provider, you will be part of a nurturing family-like environment for up to 12 students, providing emotional and educational support.
About the Role
This role requires married couples who are willing to relocate to Hershey, PA, to live on-campus with students. You will guide students in daily activities, handle responsibilities such as driving and administering medication, and provide a consistent family-like structure.
The successful candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, which translates to a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.

Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Married couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
