Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of our team as Family Care Specialists. In this role, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
As Family Care Specialists, you will reside in on-campus homes and guide students through daily routines and manage household responsibilities. This position offers competitive compensation, benefits, and a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on young lives.
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
The ideal candidate couple will have a high school diploma or GED and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. We also require that both spouses complete an individual employment application.
Schedule and Benefits
- A schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, including personal time while students are at school
- A salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
