What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Caregiver Couple position at Milton Hershey School?
At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking a married couple to join our Residential Youth Support Team as flex houseparents. As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The successful candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
In this unique role, you will work closely with your spouse to guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide daily care, support, and guidance, while also being responsible for managing daily activities, driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
