Key Responsibilities
- Leading a group of 8-12 students in daily activities and routines
- Managing household responsibilities, including meal planning, grocery shopping, and cleaning
- Providing individualized support and guidance to each student
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couple must be married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
Benefits Package
- Total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple
