We are seeking married couples to fill the role of Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a Houseparent, you will provide a nurturing environment for students, acting as consistent role models and caregivers in on-campus residences. This unique position requires guiding a small group of students while managing household responsibilities. You will be responsible for daily devotions, leading students in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and taking them on outings. Responsibilities:
* Provide a safe and supportive living environment for students
* Guide and nurture students in their academic and personal development
* Manage household responsibilities, including budgeting, reporting, and administrative tasks
* Drive students to appointments and activities, administer medication, and handle other responsibilities as needed
* Lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Qualifications:
* Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
* Must be a married couple with both spouses 27 years or older
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and become certified to drive student home vans
* Valid driver's license and willingness to undergo background checks
* Both spouses must complete an individual employment application
