Milton Hershey School (MHS) is committed to providing an exceptional career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples who share our vision and values to become part of our team as Family Caregivers for Disadvantaged Youth.
As Flex Houseparents, you will reside on-campus in student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

In addition to our benefits, we provide relocation assistance and paid training. Our schedule consists of nine days on followed by three days off, allowing for personal time while students are at school. You will also receive three-week paid summer vacation.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
