About the Role
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Residential Youth Caregivers. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will reside in an on-campus home with your spouse and guide and nurture disadvantaged students. Your responsibilities will include providing a family-like structure, driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
Job Description
- Provide a supportive and stable family environment for students.
- Drive students to various activities and appointments.
- Administer medication as needed.
- Budget and manage household expenses.
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth.
- Must be a legally married couple for at least two years.
- Both spouses must be at least 27 years old.
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
