As a Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students. This is a unique career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses. As a couple, you will reside in on-campus student homes and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in a family-like environment, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings.

Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to students in a family-like environment
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Guide a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Maintain a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and adhere to other guidelines
Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and have been legally married for at least two years
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
