Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as residential caregivers, providing a family-like structure for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for creating a positive living environment for students. You should have experience working with youth and be committed to their well-being.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide a consistent and loving home environment, handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. You will also be expected to participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We offer a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple) which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. We also provide comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
