About the Role
We are seeking a married couple to join our team as flex houseparents. In this role, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for a group of approximately 8-12 students, guiding them through their educational journey and supporting their personal growth.
You will work closely with your spouse to manage daily responsibilities, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Your role will also involve leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
