What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Caregivers Wanted position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our residential youth care team. As a family caregiver, you will provide a nurturing environment for students in a unique and enriching educational setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples should be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
In this role, you will work closely with your spouse as a team to create a consistent family-like structure for students. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting students in various daily activities, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
