Job Description: As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing care and guidance to a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment. This includes managing daily activities, driving, administering medications, and ensuring the overall well-being of the students.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should also be married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
