Job Description
This is a unique opportunity for married couples to work together as residential youth leaders, guiding and caring for a small group of students in a family-like environment. The role requires flexibility, patience, and a willingness to work as a team. Couples will be responsible for managing daily responsibilities, leading daily devotions, and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
