Job Summary
We are seeking married couples who can provide a consistent and loving environment for our students. As House Parents, you will be responsible for daily care, guidance, and support of 8-12 students, including driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and supportive home environment for students
- Develop and implement daily routines and activities for students
- Assist with homework and educational needs of students
- Manage household chores and budgets
- Communicate effectively with teachers and other staff members
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
