Role Description
Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to serve as flex houseparents. As part of our supportive community, you will provide a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily activities and mentorship of students in a group setting
- Live on campus with your spouse and provide guidance and care
- Assume administrative duties, including driving and reporting
- Participate in daily devotions and lead students in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings
- Both spouses must be at least 27 years old and have been legally married for at least two years
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and commitment to our values
