What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Caregivers position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become family caregivers for our students in pre-K through 12th grade. As a family caregiver, you will provide a nurturing environment and oversee daily activities for a group of 8-12 students. Your role includes managing medication administration, guiding students in their educational journey, and being a positive influence on our students.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
You will also be responsible for driving, budgeting, reporting, and other tasks that come with caring for a household of students.
