Job Description
As House Parents, couples will live on campus and fulfill various responsibilities, including budgeting and providing daily support. They will be responsible for driving, administering medication, and handling other duties related to student care. This is a unique career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Able to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
