What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Caregivers position at Milton Hershey School?
At Milton Hershey School, we're seeking married couples to become part of our team as Family Caregivers. In this unique role, you'll provide a nurturing family-like environment for 8-12 students, guiding them through daily activities and responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. As a couple, you'll live on-campus in a student home, ensuring students receive care, stability, and support. You'll be responsible for driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, among other duties.
This is a two-person job that requires a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students. You must demonstrate the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and have a valid driver's license. Additionally, you'll need to complete an individual employment application.
