Job Description
As a Family Caregiver Couple, you will reside in one of our on-campus student homes, providing a family-like structure for a group of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and leading daily devotions. You will work closely with your spouse to create a supportive environment that fosters academic success, emotional growth, and social development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. As a married couple, you must have been together for at least two years, be at least 27 years old, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. You must also be comfortable leading students in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and adhere to our smoke-free, weapon-free, and pet-friendly campus policies.
