Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to fill the role of Flex Houseparents. In this position, you will live on campus and provide a family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
